Our team consists of independent, qualified industry experts in project management, planning, product and service design, and supply chain management, with more than 67 years of combined industry experience.
Capex Solutions (PTY Ltd) specializes in making your complexities disappear. As a hospital administrator, your job is to take care of your patients and to ensure that they receive the best care possible. We are uniquely positioned to take care of all of the complexities that you may not be specialized in.
The team is professional members of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) and CEASA (The Clinical Engineering Association of South Africa) and past members for National Treasury on the Technical Assistance Unit (TAU) Panel from August 2010 to Jul 2013.

OUR TEAM
Rashied Mohammed
Rashied Mohammed, founding member of Capex Solutions. Mr. Mohammed started his career in 1982 as a Customer Service Manager. In 1993 he worked as a Supply Manager - Medical Equipment at one of the Major Hospital Groups.In 2007 Mr. Mohammed joined a prominent medical equipment supplier as Procurement Manager – Turnkeys and later appointed as Group Tender Manager.
He has 40 years’ experience in the Healthcare market.
Mr. Mohammed is an affiliated member of CIPSA, an associated member of CEASA and CIPS.
He is also a panel member of IPSOS South Africa and presenter and Boardmember at Eldo's FM.

Antoinette Boshoff
Antoinette Boshoff, qualified as a Clinical Engineer in 1993. Working her way up from Clinical Engineering Technician to Regional Engineering Manager, responsible for both Clinical and Operational Engineering functions at one of the Major Hospital Groups.
Mrs. Boshoff worked as a Divisional Turnkey Manager until 2012, after which she became an independent Health Technology Consultant and Technical Project Manager for various projects.
Throughout her career she has been responsible for the planning, commissioning and execution of several new hospitals. She has 28 years’ experience in the Healthcare market.
She is an associated member of CEASA.

Nadine de Beer
Nadine de Beer, started her professional career in 1996 in the financial sector. She furthered her career in the manufacturing sector in 2004 as a sales representative at a construction company.
In 2010 she was the founder and CEO of a conversion company.
She has more than 17 years of experience in sales, marketing. business development, business management and project management.
She successfully managed and completed several multi-million rand projects from the design phase, manaufaturing, commissioning and delivery.
She has 14 years of experience in human resources and digital and online marketing.
